In-Person Reiki – I work with the energy in and around your body to relieve stress while balancing your chakras. Your session begins with sound healing and concludes with drumming. Tuning forks are also used throughout the session. The last few minutes of session include a discussion of any blocks found in your energy and any intuitive messages received.

Distance Reiki – Through Zoom or FaceTime, each session begins with a brief conversation, then the Reiki energy is given while you sit/lay quietly. Sessions conclude with a phone or video conversation of any messages received. Email summaries are also available.

Intuitive Readings  – Interested in what your guides and angels are trying to tell you? In this session you can receive messages from your spirit guides, spirit animals and ancestors. The session typically starts with a meditation, chakra alignment & palm reading. Recording is allowed.

Limpia de Huevo (Egg Cleanse) – The egg is a universal representation of life in many cultures. In the Mexican form of this spiritual cleansing technique, an egg is used to absorb negative energies in and around your body. In this session you will lay fully clothed on a table while a cool, washed egg is rubbed in a circular motion all over your body and around your energetic field. I will then crack the egg into a cup of water and intuitively read and the results. Prepare for deep release on a spiritual, mental and physical level.
