30-minute session

In-person sessions are designed to support relaxation, balance, and energetic alignment. Each session begins with sound healing and may incorporate tuning forks throughout. You’ll receive Reiki while resting comfortably, followed by a brief integration and any intuitive insights that arise. These sessions are available in a private home space for returning clients.

45-60 minute session

My most requested offering. Receive Reiki from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are held by phone or video and begin with a brief check-in, followed by quiet energy work while you rest. We close with optional reflection and any intuitive insights, with email summaries available.

60-minute session

A traditional energetic cleansing practice used across many cultures to clear stagnant or heavy energy from the body and energetic field. During this session, a cleansed egg is gently moved over the body to absorb and release what is no longer needed. You’ll remain fully clothed and resting comfortably. After the cleanse, the egg is read intuitively, offering insight into energetic patterns, blocks, or areas ready for release.

This offering supports deep clearing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Also available as a distance session: You’ll be guided through the process in your own space, and I will intuitively read your cleanse from a photo.

60-minute session

Gather with a few close friends or loved ones for a shared Reiki experience in your home. Each session creates space for relaxation, gentle release, and reconnection—both individually and as a group. This offering is ideal for those who feel more comfortable in a familiar environment or want to experience Reiki alongside people they trust. Each session is customized to the group and may include grounding practices or brief reflection.

Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, allowing space for each participant. 

Reiki certification is offered as a guided, multi-level journey for those who feel called to deepen their connection to energy work. Over several months, students are introduced to Reiki in progressive levels—each building through attunement, practice, and integration. This experience is both practical and intuitive, supporting you in developing your own relationship with Reiki while learning how to offer it to yourself and others. Each level unfolds at a pace that honors your process.
